For cake orders:
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is due at time of booking along with a signed contract to officially book your date. Full payment is due 2 week (14 calendar days) before the scheduled pick-up/delivery date.
It is important to note we do a limited number of cakes per week to fully concentrate on each order. Bookings are on a first come, first paid basis. Until the non-refundable, 50% booking fee is received, dates remain open to other orders.
The booking fee and balance are non-refundable and non-transferable, meaning you can NOT cancel one date and then change it for another.
A cake tasting kit is available for pre-order and is comprised of 4" round cakes. Each kit is $30 and includes 3 cake flavors and up to 6 filling flavors.
Industry standard servings that are used as guidelines for caterers and reception venues for cutting and serving cakes are 1″ wide x 2″ deep and 4" tall. Based on the industry standard guidelines, here are some popular cake sizes and servings:
6″ round=14 servings
8″ round=24 servings
However, because our cakes are taller than industry sized standards (usually between 6" to 7" in height per tier), the above listed servings are the minimum serving sizes for our cakes.
We are NOT an allergen free cake studio. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens.
Available upon request for a fee that is calculated based on location.
Pick-up times for macarons and cakes (smaller than 3 tiers) are scheduled at the customers’ convenience at the time an order is placed.
Once it has been picked up by you or a designated party it is considered “accepted”. The dessert(s) is the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our premises.
